We use Engineered wood because:
1. It is safe and recommended for indoor use due to its low emissions. Our boards are compliant with E1/ E2 norms.
2. It does not bend or distort easily. Therefore recommended over Ply for tall and wide doors.
3. Good screw holding capacity when used with precision machines and tools.
4. It has an even finish and surface smoothness which makes it suitable for paint, polish based applications such as lacquer and veneers and even laminate applications. Gives even finish without surface undulation.
5. 100% calibrated makes it well suited for machine processing, precision measurement and cutting and overall well finished product. European hardware and German machines which we use are designed to work well with engineered wood.
6. Can go up to 25mm, 40mm and even 50mm thickness without adding substantial weight.
7. It is sustainable and environment friendly.
