We can’t wait to hear your luxury design plans. Why not come to our studio for a cup of tea? Then we can talk properly, show you some samples, and you can tell us every one of your ideas.

Meet your Oaktree design consultant

Decisions, decisions—always much easier with some expert help. Talk to our consultants and designers and they’ll help you select the perfect finishes, fixtures, and fittings. We’ll take some measurements and start to think about how we can make your vision a reality. Your partner, designer and/or architect are welcome too.

Our design, your way

We review your designs with you and finalise material choices and colours. This gives you a chance to ask any last-minute questions. When you’re happy, we’re happy. Then, it’s time for us to procure your materials and start crafting in our workshop. And for you to pay your deposit.

Crafting your design

Now our production team’s ready to start. They take all the details and dimensions from our CAD plans and start to build. We complete every project in one go. We’ve always worked like this—all hands on deck until we’ve got everything ‘just so’. No glue-lines. No glitches. Just fine crafting and finishing touches by hand—teamwork for a flawless finish.

Installation

Your kitchen is ready—so it’s home time. We’ll plan our installation with you in advance and be here for any questions about electrical point positions, splashbacks, false ceilings, and any civil work that you need to organise before we come to install.

Our team takes 10-15 days to fit—we work around you for convenience, but we do find it’s much easier if you move out during this period. It’s less dusty for you, and we can work faster.

The care continues

Our products all come with a 10-year warranty period. But we’re here to service your Oaktree design beyond that. Any questions about maintenance, cleaning, or new components, we’re here. Need to replace your sink sealant? No problem. We’ll send someone from our team to your home—much easier than trying to find a tradesperson.
